About Us

Impact Global is a nonprofit organization and a 501(c)(3) entity established in 2022. Based in the West Central Region of Illinois, Impact Global serves as a community-based organization dedicated to creating opportunities for underserved populations in nine counties within this region. These counties which are rural represent a critical area where economic development efforts aim to uplift marginalized communities and bolster workforce participation.

Why Impact Global Was Started

Impact Global was founded in response to the significant disparities observed in the WestCentral Illinois region. This area, with a workforce of approximately 95,000, sees only 6% representation from underserved and marginalized groups. Recognizing this gap, the organization was established to serve as a bridge to opportunity, focusing on neighborhood-based initiatives tailored to meet the unique needs of its community members.The organization is committed to addressing systemic inequities that hinder economic mobility and community well-being, particularly for under represented populations, including men, women, minorities, and veterans.
