Over the course of five months, the Institute provided targeted training and technical assistance that will result in a supportive housing project development proposal. Teams were comprised, at minimum, of a developer partner, property management partner, and a supportive services partner. Impact Global Team fully participated and completed the Institute requirements. The Institute will create a strong foundation for new supportive housing projects and help build strong teams equipped to navigate the complex process of developing housing with supportive services.
